Aloha, and welcome to the Buffy 100 Icon Challenge LJ Community! (Long title, huh?) Well, "woot" for you - you're here and about to embark on a whole whirligig of icon-ing fun.
Buffy100 is an LJ Community similar to communities like![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif?v=92.2)
icons100, vg100, iconfiend100, and (our favorite) disney100, in which an individual claims a certain something and is challenged to make one hundred (100) total icons within a three (3) month period.
These 100 icons will be split up into two sections: 50 icons will be based on the themes assigned below, and 50 will be icons of the artist's choice.
An individual must join this community before claiming any one subject. If you are not a part of the community, but make a claim, it will be invalid.
Specifically for this LJ Community, an individual can claim two subjects at once (though this is not recommended). Only one person can claim each subject at one time. The categories of the subjects that can be claimed in this Buffy 100 Icon Challenge include: Characters, Episodes, Seasons, Relationships, Friendships. If you are claiming a subject that is not under one of these categories, please ASK US before claiming. After you've claimed a subject, please be advised that you have exactly one week to post your first batch of icons. Each batch that you post must have at least 5 or more icons. Please make sure that you place an LJ cut in your post when you show off your icons (of course, you're allowed to show 1-2 icons as teasers). If you'd like to be challenged, and claim a certain subject, check out the "Claimed" list to see if the subject has been taken. If it hasn't, comment and claim!
If the subject you would like to claim has already been taken, please comment on this waiting list or claim another subject! We will try to accomodate you and allow you to claim that subject after that challenge is finished by the person that claimed it before you.
If you have not finished your challenge within the three month period, your claim will be invalid and will be up for grabs (or given to someone who is waiting for it on the waiting list).
When you are completely finished with your claim, please tell us here!
